Being able to relate to employees as people with lives outs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employees will make more than long term employees, and raises will not keep up with inflation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bass pro bought out the competition, and customers have related that quality and selection of non-fishing products is poor
