Its just understaffed and it feels like corporate lost focus on what best buy actually is. They removed helpful services with our memberships while still pushing us to sell them even if the value is mininum.

Stop focusing on being like amazon and focus on the edge of customer service and expertise
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its a video interview whwre they ask you a few questions but tbh if you cant do the interview than you shoudlnt work here so its a good filter
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My store management is doing great for what they have to work with but the problem comes from the fact that we are minimumly staffed which causes anger amongst customers and goes against the edge of having people to assist you
