We were guaranteed that our accrued time off would transfer over when BFS took over.... that was not the truth. We had to start all over from the date they took over. We also have to go through numerous people just to find who we need to speak to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure people are doing what they are supposed to be doing and actually enforcing punishment instead of just a slap on the wrist.
