The last three years have been very stressful with covid and the help situation. There is limited truck drivers and it makes this job very difficult in trying to find help.

They care about their job and fellow employees.

We care about people. Family atmosphere
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been in the trenches and understand what its like to manage a store
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people accomplish their goals and helping people with building their dream homes or prodjects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think stock options should be offered to everyone and not just upper management. Also doing away with salaried employees vacation was not right. It is my understanding that salaried employees only take off when it does not affect your job. Being in a smaller location it always affects my job.
