Working for BFS has been great. I have been able to take more training in becoming a leader/ manager class. There have been a good number of changes with safety which made good and bad in some ways. I do see myself working for this company long term.

The teamwork between the different departments. Willing to help each other out to get the job done

Knowing that I have trained them well and that they can handle the job when I am not around.

The people i work with is great, we have a good group of guys that make the work easier and fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and hours put in to doing my job is awesome and helping my team is great but i wished i saw more when it came to my raised.
