I am a long term employee, I have witnessed both unfair internal politics, termination of older employees and terrible management styles. I have also grown with the company and have put in many years of hard work to improve our market. I am happy here and would like to end my career here.

They communicate where we stand in the market and where we need to be to meet our financial goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of satisfaction at the end of the day knowing we did put in a hard days work and our customers were taken care of .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a clear understanding of work assignments and who is responsible for what. There is a work comradery without getting personal and it works for this group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the bonus structure should change. A General Manager for a branch receives on average from a $80k - 100K yearly bonus. The other salaried managers (Operation, Retail Inside Sales managers) who are key and loyal team members are on a profit sharing program, they average 1K - 1.5k .
