There is a challenging to come into work every day with positive energy. And then lot of negative feedback, it becomes difficult. Then there are moments when an employee is having a difficult time and we band together and help. This company has shown that. I think overall this is a great company!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees should not be held to position title to keep their pay at minimum. Employees should be compensated the fair market rate.
What makes you most happy at work?
to see my teammates, work together and to see them have a lightbulb moment. the confidence they gain in each other is beautiful site to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team understand the goals and will band together to make that happen. They hold each other accountable, they will praise each other. I could not ask for a better team. To have a team to work with one another they way that they do, show in the People counts culture of our company.
