In my 1st 4 weeks of being with BFS I have enjoyed the learning experience and the support from my managers. haven't felt this good about work in a long time.....hope to be part of this lumber yard as long as I can.

The way everyone is so helpful with learning my new position. I feel like everyone wants me to suceed.

Everyone is very helpful, and have been great teachers in learning all aspects of my job. many smiles and greetings every day.

The fact that I am 71 yrs old and have been given a chance to keep working. also the support provided by my managers.

Theu care about the people who work here. they are interested in the people who work here. always trying to make you feel part of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, the fact at 71 yrs old, I have been given a chance to keep working in an industry I have been a part of since 1974. also learning a new system that seems really streamlined and positive.
