The work started out hard. Hours were difficult and travel time to work was a challenge. However, I came in, worked hard, volunteered for everything and now I can say that I am in a good place in all the areas that gave me the most concern starting out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate very well and even though we have different opinions sometimes we always are open to talk about things and do not have to worry about silencing ourselves or our opinions not being considered.
What makes you most happy at work?
I just need a job and preferably want a job that I enjoy and pays well. This job does all that with the added benefit of being surrounded by people that I enjoy being around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked with 3 different teams sense being employed with the company and countless individuals and have yet to have a negative experience. So far I have had one of the best working experiences sense leaving the military.
