I LOVE MY JOB. I LOVE WHAT I DO. I LOVE THE TEAM I HAVE WORKING FOR ME. I LOVE WHERE WE ARE AND THE HARD WORK WE PUT INTO GETTING HERE. I RESPECT MY GUYS AND IN TURN, THEY RESPECT ME. THE TEAMWORK AND THEIR ATTITUDE.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
INTERACT. IT SEEMS THAT THE ONLT TIME WE SEE ANY MANAGER, IS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. THEY SHOULD STOP BY AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK TO SAY HELLO TO THE TEAM. TRY TO ACT LIKE THE TEAM IS IMPORTANT.
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE A CHALLENGE. THAT'S WHY I ACCEPTED THIS POSITION. WE LOVE TO TAKE ON MORE ORDERS AND SEE ABOUT COMPLETING THEM ON A TIMELY MANNER. I LOVE GETTING ASKED ABOUT DOING IN ORDER AND BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE IT THE NEXT DAY.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
BECAUSE IT SEEMS ONCE I TOOK OVER MY POSITION, I WAS LEFT TO FEND FOR MYSELF. FOR THE HOURS I ACTUALLY WORK, I STRONGLY BELIEVE I DESERVE MORE THAN I AM CURRENTLY GETTING. I LOVE MY JOB AND WILL CONTINUE TO PERFORM AT MY BEST. I ONLY WISH OTHERS SAW IT.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I CAN GO TO ANY MEMBER OF MY TEAM, ASK THEM TO DO SOMETHING AND THEY ARE QUICK TO DO IT. NO HESITATION. MY TEAM IS AWESOME AND SINCE I TOOK OVER, THEY PERFORM AS A TEAM AND NOT JUST INDIVIDUALS. EVEN CUSTOMERS NOTICE HOW MY GUYS WORK TOGETHER AND HOW HAPPY THEY HAVE BECOME.
