Started right out of high school while I went to collage and haven't looked back. I handle all of our safety and quality control at our location. BFS as a whole needs to communicate better when it comes to safety and changes made. Also we need more safety managers that get boots on the ground.

Willingness to give opportunities to employees that are fully invested in the company.

The focus that we put on being safe and getting everyone home safe.

Interacting with coworkers, teaching them about safety, and helping them put out a quality product for our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time is adequate but taking Personal time away and changing it back to sick time you lose seemed to be a step backwards.
