I have a very positive experience at work mainly due to my boss and immediate co-workers. the only thing that has a negative impact on my experience is in my market the employees at and from the old BMC location are toxic and a majority are unwilling to embrace a BFS company standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone gets along very well. I work between two different locations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not quite sure there is a best part. It is all just passable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager and area manager are wonderful people and bosses. They genuinely care for their employees and go above and beyond daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my locations everyone is very laid back for the most part and we have all built an atmosphere were most of us are more like best friend then co-workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
My value. I enjoy that I can provide my co-workers with with the help they need. May manager provides me with the tools, training and support to be completely effective at my job.
