Some of the best things about my team is that they are supportive, we collaborate well, and communicate well with each other. I have a reliable team and respectful team, I find that priceless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity I would say is the most positive in my opinion. BFS always makes the best effort to communicate with everyone about the "happenings" within our company and ways we can participate in so many aspects. It's a true sense of community within BFS.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is the positive work culture, and great leadership that we can look up to and learn from. We have so many leaders who are role models for the rest of us who want to grow within BFS.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that our positive work environment is due to the confidence we have in our leadership team. I strongly believe leadership strives to give us a sense of trust and confidence that inspires all of us and motivates us. and we all know Motivation equals productivity!
