What makes you most happy at work?
I like knowing that my expertise can help anyone I interact with. I geniunely love helping people and am excited to share my expertise with others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is trying to achieve one goal: provide the best customer experience every single day. Obviously there are struggles each day, but we all know that we're working towards one goal which helps keep everyone on point.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I choose my own destiny. The more I sell at a higher margin, the more I get paid. It's a really great way for salespeople not only to show up for the company, but also show up for themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team that is very invested in making each other great. We have long term industry knowledge and brand new salespeople that each benefit from the others work experience. We communicate all the time and ask each other questions without feeling judged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leno Garza is one of the best managers I've worked with in this industry. He trusts me to do my job well and to make decisions on my own. Leno also deeply cares about his team and their overall well-being, not just what work the do for him.
