Yes, I been undervalued, and also I was fired today for fighting my rights
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Learn to value worker, not just force them to work 9 hrs 5 days, and mandatory Saturdays
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to follow, Equal opportunity to all employees. They don't value some employees. They treated night shift making them 6 day a week. For the last 3 months. They're exhausted with no time to spend with their family, and they get in trouble if they show up late on Saturday
