What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication with crew, be less hostile and snappy, treat crew members fairly and evenly.

I don't know how many different ways I can say it. People just need to be nicer.

I feel like nobody listens to me or takes me seriously here. There is no consideration for my disabilities.

Listening and getting alone for some.
