I work very hard, and I feel unsupported by my managers and crew members. I feel like there is no appreciation for people who go above and beyond in this company

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team tries to work together and I appreciate that but they call off if they don't want to work with a manager that will expect them to do the job, and in my store nobody is following protocol to get ready for Rev.

Nothing interview was ok but nothing I was promised when i left my other job to work there was honored i work 3 hours a day
