I love our customers, I love working for Burger King, but my store has had many managers come in and out, many majors with a very little training and it has been a difficult road. Many of the managers we have received know less than I do as a shift leader. It's been frustrating
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of their shift leaders
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need managers who take their jobs seriously not because of the money they make but because they care about the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I need for everyone to follow the same protocol that we are told to follow and I need the other managers to follow through with this as well
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had very high recommendations and therefore I was hired very easily. I love working for Burger King and I was pleased to be able to work at this store
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work very hard, and I feel unsupported by my managers and crew members. I feel like there is no appreciation for people who go above and beyond in this company
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team tries to work together and I appreciate that but they call off if they don't want to work with a manager that will expect them to do the job, and in my store nobody is following protocol to get ready for Rev.
