Stop taking sides. Cutting my hour but not the people they are friends with. If one employee is ruds and the other gets rude back say something to both employees. Dont tell me the store manager is the last of the command chain. Gibe answers when questions are asked.

Dont act like i am a virus. Talk to me like u want to be treated and talked to. Noone is better than the other. The management team is the worst of them all. Pull your own weight. Dont put all the work on me while yall go talk in the corner.

Management is not doing there jobs. Picking favorite and letting crew members do what ever they want. Don't say anything and just start trying to do the teams job by themselves.
