I have had good days and bad. But most of all bad days. The management and other employees habe nit made it very comfortable at all. I dont feel accepted or appreciated at all. I hate to even walk in the door half the time. Knowing that i am working with the other employees.

Fair benefits package as far as i can tell.
What makes you most happy at work?
Friendly customers. A smile from a customer feels better than the horror from the management and employees..
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Noone is better than the other. And i dont think it's fair that management is allowed to pick and choose friends that they let get away with anything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop taking sides. Cutting my hour but not the people they are friends with. If one employee is ruds and the other gets rude back say something to both employees. Dont tell me the store manager is the last of the command chain. Gibe answers when questions are asked.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Dont act like i am a virus. Talk to me like u want to be treated and talked to. Noone is better than the other. The management team is the worst of them all. Pull your own weight. Dont put all the work on me while yall go talk in the corner.
