It seemed like a professional and genuine environment

No communication , improper training , employees not showing up for shifts and not receimg consequences because theyve been there longer

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Acutally and genuinely being professional, being more adamant with their words and regulations instead of the unprofressional that wre currently in certain postions
