I believe my Pay Grade is incorrect based on the work I do and the responsibilities I have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and the ELT members actually talk to me when I see them. This wasn't true in the past.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and all care about each other. Everyone knows a bit about each other's personal life, family members, etc.
