I am very safe within my day to day operations. What unnerves me a bit is the Executive turnover. We do have to find a team with Longevity that can create clear and concise understanding of where this company is headed.

I know my work well, I am good at what I do, but what's more is that I have people around me who care on the day to day. That makes all the difference to me,
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager and others I have worked with have been a dream. However, there are some leaders who are so focused on the finances of the company they forget who is working for them. This happens everywhere, but it is important to acknowledge everyone at a company, not only the leadership.
