So far so good. I've been very impressed with what I've seen and my understanding of our goals as an organization!
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, our vision, our future goals... we have a long way to go but I think we have great leaders in place to help us achieve great things!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership has been very transparent, I understand that CST is going through some big and consistent changes but it seems the goals are attainable and align with our company values.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, our marketing team, although all relatively new have come together with our own strengths and weaknesses and have already created such a cool bond where we are all working so well together. Strong and successful leaders and employees, great comradery!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I will be interested to see if I get a bonus this year and what that looks like as I haven't had the opportunity to make such a big bump in the past. I appreciate my current salary and think that it's fair based on industry averages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The marketing team has grown quickly and expectations are high but I believe we are a great group with our own strengths and each person is such a value in their own way. I can't believe Melissa has been able to gather such a great group of marketers who all work well together.
