My experience has been good. The worries I have are the constant changes and job security. I left the company for two years and decided to come back because I love the mission of the product and think we can succeed if we can stabilize all departments.

Compensation would feel better if it were more in line with standard inflation.

The company seems to do a good job of gathering information from individual contributors but not a good job of implementing change.
