I wish there were more indepth training and the drive to give each employee a better understanding of how to complete their job duties and what will be expected of them on a day to day basis, in addition to how exactly the functions and processes of the company work.

They seem to be open to ideas and contributions from any and all employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to be goal oriented and seems to want to help each other succeed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More efficient training, more specified training to the department and team you are joining. That will make sure certain team members are not carrying the weight of the entire team and everyone can contribute equally
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my teammates are payed more than me with little to no more experience than I have other than that they worked with out manager at a different job before coming to work here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There has not been much specified training to the team I have joined, so I am still unclear on how exactly the product works, how it functions, what our processes are to improve and implement that function, and how to excel in my position
