What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable and real; often at companies the size of CentralSquare, the ELT can seem unapproachable, which I've never felt here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interactions with coworkers and the internal customers we support. Feeling like I'm genuinely a part of the company's success, and knowing that there are opportunities for me to progress within the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility (unlimited PTO, my boss understands that some things [like Drs. appointments] have to happen during work hours and is flexible and understanding when we need to step away for such things).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusivity that CentralSquare offers and the understanding and emphasis on mental health. Additionally, the understanding that we are all people, and work is just one portion of who we are and what we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very cohesive and we all get along. The team works hard and is willing to lend a hand to one another when needed. We also care for one another as people, not just as coworkers. I consider everyone on my team to be a friend.
