What makes you most happy at work?
The kids, i love making them have a good time since often times the restaraunt is overwhelming!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Training especially, i wasnt trained properly and they blame me for it like it didnt take them a month to find their groove, its only my second week and i want to quit
