The only thing I dislike about Chilis is that you can wear a football jersey or a baseball jersey during the season when they are playing. But you can't wear a hockey jersey or a soccer jersey when they are playing, what's up with that?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My general manager is very smart and knows a lot about Chilis and my other assistant manager Ricky should be a general manager because he is so good. Besides that the rest of the management staff is great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager who interviewed me, asked about my past work history, and I really liked how he understood that I know how to work in a restaurant, and he moved me up a position compared to what I applied for because he saw something in me
