Its honestly sad but ive wanged to work for Chilis for a lomg time, but the Bossier, Louisiana location is so poorly managed at this time that people arent going to work for them for long. Im surprised the place still gets customers after how long ive seen some of these people wait on their server.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Resturaunts only process correctly when everyone works as a team instead of only caring about themselves. Also, policies and rules are in place for a reason but if your manager dont even follow those rules how can i expect my co workers too
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I drive an hour to work here and if i was allowed to make the host follow a rotation and if the sections were faitly given out and rotated i might would make some money. I have 7 years experience serving & i jist want people to do their jobs & follow policy
