Ever since our last CEO left, it just seems so profit driven. The "culture" ideaology is so fake and they don't care about us at the corporate level like they make it out to be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Closing & locking the doors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a family, so its amazing to come in & talk to them nearly daily. It's also nice to share similar beliefs about our profit-driven company we work for when they wont help us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are the only thing that are really nice to look forward to. Its hard to stay positive and be happy when the line is constantly out the door, 10-20+ online orders, and no way to do anything about it when it gets bad except told "oh well"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at a $12,000/ads restaurant and they seem to do everything but help me. The standards that are set are not meant for busy restaurants, and its also notable that stores around my store that make not nearly enough are given higher compensation. Raises on the regular for a billion-dollar company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to stop being so profit driven & go back to the old culture. Even since Steve Ells left, it seems as though the culture has gone to complete crap & eveyrthing keeps getting replaced and we keep getting new menu items but no one is focused on the PEOPLE doing the job.
