They listen and are respectful. I hand pick everyone that I feel will work well with my management team.

They are direct in what they need from us. I feel they don't ask more then what we are capable of doing.

The culture I have created for everyone to work with. It is nice to know that my co workers are feeling appreciated when they come to work.
