If you work in a well trained fully staffed store its not too terrible, but in this climate that's extremely unlikely. The benefits are cool and the pays not the best but there are worse jobs for sure.

As a manager I have to do the job of almost three people every day and I am barely paid enough to survive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring more about their crew than the bottom line. I get that our goal as a company is to make money but that's extremely hard if we have no staff and the staff we do have is so over worked they hate their job. We need to, as a company, need to be more open and willing to help low staffed stores.
