Expected to follow ridiculous expectations with no time. 50 hours is ridiculous. Studies coming out sayint even 40 is too much, and companies make more money and employees are happier with 4 day weeks. 50 is unnecessary and causes rapid burnout.

Not murdering employees with unrealistic amounts of work.

They work hard even when they dont have the support of chipotle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working over covid was a nightmare. Employees were not compensated but the CEO was given an EXTRA 38 million. Constant price raises and record breaking profits, yet no money for raises.
