Family atmosphere, the retention of my team is fantastic - all managers working for me for over a year. Crew members hitting their 2-3 year. They care about me and the culture I've created. But do not support Chipotle and their corporate greed

Labor matrix (not enough hours are given to each restaurant without sacrificing cleanliness, food safety, or morale)...they need to understand whats going on from a store level. People are not paid nearly enough compated to what the industry is paying others. Chipotle expects so much, gives little
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My bonus as GM is compensated because Chipotle has unrealistic expectations for bonus metrics...my sales plan is unachievable despite being As in guest satisfaction, food safety, and people measure. My people are paid minimum wage that does not compete with the industry. We nickel and dime employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay, Chipotle reevaluating their labor metrics, giving more money to the people who are the backbone to this company, bonus potential is slim because of unachievable expectations. Been with the company for over 7 years but will not be here much longer with how things are progressing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that i have to support me and the store. My team is the only reason i am still here in this company. Chipotle used to be all about the people, but now its all greed, money, and squeezing the most out of their employees before they are burnt out
