Knowing that there is chance to be developed if I can ever get past staffing clallenges
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that there is a drive for results with out a clear way to achieve them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making the job more desireable and easier to achieve. The work load creates call offs making it worse and we just have to deal with the fall out
