Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Came from full service reataurants where the pay scale for my position is easily 35% more base salary. Plus salary not commensurate with market pressures. GM/APP have received 3 increases which caused significant compression w external field leader level, especially compared to R/CTM who run 1 unit
