I love that morale is so highly regarded that my managers will sometimes be willing to sacrifice efficacy so that we all work with enthusiasm.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a family. I typically hate this cliche, but its actually true here. We all rely on one another. When I win, everyone wins.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love leaving a good shift. Setting the night shift up to make sure they are rush and role ready makes me feel a sense of accomplishment. Same thing with transition prep for the next AM shift.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that all of my needs are listened to. It makes me WANT to perform well for those above me. Striving for greatness here is easy when you're given endless resources to help you reach your goals.
