In the last 7 years its gone down hill. When steve ells was CEO we were more postive & less concerned about making X amount of money & pushing our crew to the limits with stress & so many digital orders.

We work as a team & get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lower management is great, sometimes executive leadership pushes for to much.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around good co-workers & being able to get overtime sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a higher up manager sometimes its hard to get anywhere in the company & receive proper training, the pay also isnt the best for the amount of stress were required to go through.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cultire & enviroment was more positive when steve ells was around, there isnt much positivity anymore besides being pushed to make more & more orders.. sometimes even fully staffed its hard to contain all the things we need done.
