It has it's good and bad moments, I think GMs and APs shouldn't work more than 45 hours a week, there are so many of us working more than 60. We need modifications to protect our mental and physical health, chipotle is about their people, but I feel as if that has been forgotten.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is real, The cost of living has skyrocketed over the past few years. Our crew members, SMs, and KMs do not make enough money to survive. Chipotle has incredibly hgih standards, but we dont pay our people enough to care about them. Crew should be at $17 an hour KM's 23 an hour SMs 25 anhour
