Chipotle really pushes you in every way. It pushes you to work your hardest, but it also pushes you to your limits. Some days are so terrible because of disrespectful customers adding on top of the stress of not having enough prepped. Here I learned so much patience and how strong of a person I am.

Higher management lacks respect for their lower employees especially women.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making food. I enjoy prepping and cooking.

no communication, terrible scheduling, overworked
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better and more professional communication and they need to learn to respect women.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am one person constantly running around doing the job of multiple people. We are constantly understaffed and forced to overwork ourselves as well as everyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all close and can share our weirdest intrusive thoughts in a respectable and funny way. Under all the humor, everyone genuinely cares about most people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being respectful to one another. Not talking about inappropriate things or playing inappropriate music in the back that plays loud enough for the entire FOH to hear. Taking into account their own work ethic and responsibilities to other people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being respectful and empathetic. Not everything is about numbers. People should not be thought of as expendable and replaceable. Stop spamming. Help the stores in need rather than just repeating down information. Tired of being spoken down to and in an unprofessional manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do the job of four people and definitely do not get paid enough for it. I am often doing three different stations at once and making for the people who slack. I would appreciate if I was paid something truly comparable to the effort I put in.
