I love my company. I work very hard amd hard ever take time off, including my 2 days a week. I have a true passion for what we stand for and what we do. Although, i feel we are growing quickly and have turned to being more numbers/results focused rather than updating the items we need to get results

What makes you most happy at work?
I love my team and the ability to develop others.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less focus on numbers and reports and more focus on people and food
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont really know the executive leadership team. But for my direct leadership team, i love working for them. They are kind but honest and seem to care about my opinion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we are asked to pivot often, by the company, and need to take on additional work frequently with minimul compensation. Our teams merit more often and have more freedom than us, yet we must consistently sacrafice to meet the random pivots.
