Free poor quality food and can treat co works how ever I want. Not that I did.

How simple it was but the store is on fire and not in a good sense or structurally

Why is their a management positions, there seems to be no one acting or delagating task as such.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe don't hire family and cousins and all their Hood rat friends, and claim to try and fix a store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1st off, all focus is on the feel and vibe of the store front to create a false picture, mean while the B.O.H. Functions are minimal staff and equipment.
