Company is good to work for, but they are cheap. Raises are %.03 each year, or worse. They are never better than .03, even if youve been a model employee. Feast or famine; either youre working LOTS of over time, or no over time at all.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was very relaxed. But they oversold/lied about certain benefits, such as raises, and incentives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people that i work with are good people. Salt of the earth kind of people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees better. Their mindset is that "Any employee can and will be replaced for any reason." Investing in veteran employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When they hired me, i was told i would be doing a specific job for a specific rate. Throughout my time at Copart, my responsibilities have exponentially increased, and my wage has not. Personally, i would feel more valued if my individual performance were rewarded with stock bonus or wage increase
