Couldnt communicate with coworkers due to management. When there were issues with difference of opinion it would result in a crazy altercation from management.
No get paid for locals to get better runs than ccrf drivers.

Repeated requests for keeping quiet workplace in call center is ignored with talking or yelling, loud laughter across room. Repeated requests to ask questions, but cut off with answer before a chance to completely provide background; and it is not the answer to a question I didn't get to ask.
We need more leadership we need another loader we need to watch what's going in and out we have to have tow companies that have integrity not stealing stuff out of cars in front of people and the employees say something in the bosses say whatever just turn their head because they're all making money
