What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking responsibility, instead of blaming the workers in the yard.

Caring for his people, he really doesnt care about any employee

Treating employees better. Their mindset is that "Any employee can and will be replaced for any reason." Investing in veteran employees.

Clear communication. People skills. Encouraging the team instead of threatening them. The micromanaging is out of control. You should not be afraid to do your job.

Learn how to compulse their emotions and learn how to talk to people. Need to learn how to communicate and have a plan set before yelling at their employees. Somebody needs to teach Notti better management skills.

Honestly, our manager needs to learn how to properly manage a business, and how to treat employees equally and fairly, or he needs to be replaced by someone who will take their employees seriously.

We need more support when you know the loader we need integrity all the games need to stop these people they're running this facility since it's been around they have no ethics they are stealing things and selling them out of the cars some of them walk around with stacks of hundred dollar bills ever

Training is non existent. Management yells and screams in front of customers on a regular basis. I can't find a number for HR, and I'm afraid to ask questions after being there for over a month.
