Learn how to compulse their emotions and learn how to talk to people. Need to learn how to communicate and have a plan set before yelling at their employees. Somebody needs to teach Notti better management skills.

Training is non existent. Management yells and screams in front of customers on a regular basis. I can't find a number for HR, and I'm afraid to ask questions after being there for over a month.
