Good overall. Constant hiring from an individual's referral's has crippled the facility as far as decision makings go and for one to stand out for what's right. No one wants to hurt a friends feeling or not want to speak up for what's right, knowing that it's wrong to not speak about the situation.

Always willing to help or aid in getting help from other employees/managers.

Knowing that I am able to do my job and doing it efficiently is what makes me happy.

The ability to casually take breaks when needed. Know that I am supplied with everything I need in order to get the job done. Most happy to know I work for a company that cares and treats me like a human being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation would not be top on my list as far as making me feel better but more-so the workload distributed to employees. A few work flow procedures do not make any sort of sense and leaves "few" lucky employees doing little to nothing.

A big part of my job requires self taught repair/work procedures. No training or information given on new job duties. Whatever is being used in order to complete my job is either from researching on the web or from co-workers through trial and error.
