They are very intellectual and passionate about their work. Each person on my team follows through on the projects assigned to them.

The leadership team is all in. When they put their minds to do something they do absolutely everything in their power to accomplish that goal. I appreciate this about them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the diversity of the work that is done here. There is never just one thing that you are doing as something new comes up frequently. New projects and exciting developments that are environmentally friendly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As fast as the company is growing they are doing their best to keep the family culture within each team. I and my team look forward to coming to work each day. There is always something new to learn.
