it was exciting at first. the work was new and interesting and i REALLY liked one of my managers before he left. kyle was about it, and he was inspiring. after a while, the passion died... not many people interested in becoming more educated in exactly how all this works here. kinda feel alone.

What are some of the best things about your team?
my team are some of the kindest, sweetest people who are commited to doing the right thing all the time. each one of them embodies an aspect that i would like to nurture within myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
finding out that other people in bitcoin repair start at 5 dollars more than we did as well as the fact that i havent recieved a raise yet after a year. the only advancement made here is when people have left. feels kind of hopeless for the future.
