I've really enjoyed my time so far here at Crusoe. I feel challenged by my work, but not overwhelmed. Even though we are hybrid, I like to come into the office because I really enjoy spending time with my teammates.

My team makes me enjoy the day-to-day at Crusoe. I feel that everyone provides good technical support and feedback to each other, while also maintaining a fun culture. People genuinely enjoy eating lunch together every day.

The leadership team at Crusoe is heavily invested in maintaining transparency. It is really valuable as an employee to understand company status, progress, and vision at a high level. I feel secure with knowing where we are, and confident about how I contribute to where we are going.
